Every charter includes a skilled crew, safety gear, fuel, and basic non-alcoholic drinks. Each package has different offerings — for instance, sunset excursions come with premium non-alcoholic beverages and snacks, whereas business rentals may feature meeting amenities and specialized catering services.

Booking 2–3 weeks ahead of time is advised, and even more so during the high season from May through September. For business gatherings and private parties, securing a spot 4–6 weeks in advance results in better selection and customization time.

Your safety is our main concern. Should the weather be considered unsafe by our captain, we will attempt to rebook your trip for a more suitable date or issue a complete refund. Weather forecasts are constantly monitored and should there be cause for concern, you will be notified a full day prior to your set sail.

Guests are more than welcome to bring aboard their own food and non-alcoholic refreshments. We also provide bespoke catering services capable of tailoring our offerings to suit your tastes. Note that glass receptacles are not allowed on the yacht for safety purposes.

We endeavor to cater to all of our guests. While some of our vessels are appointed with more accessibility options than others, we ask that you reach out to us with your particular requirements upon booking. We will recommend the most appropriate yacht and ensure the necessary arrangements are in place.

For cancellations that occur 72 hours or more before departure, a full refund is issued. A cancellation made between 24 and 72 hours prior will result in a 50% refund. Cancellations that take place less than 24 hours in advance will not be refunded unless the cause is due to inclement weather or yacht mechanical issues on our end.
